Whitley Kros ships domestic/US via UPS Ground. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party.

Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on quantity of units ordered. $9.99/first item plus $3.50/each additional items.

All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Orders received after noon (12:00pm PST) are shipped the following day.

All orders received after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

&lt;strong&gt;Return Policy:&lt;/strong&gt;

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

Whitley Kros has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.

All merchandise purchased &quot;On Sale&quot; or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

How to return an item:

1. Email us at customerservice@whitleykros.com to receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RAR#). You will need to complete a short form describing your
reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RAR# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be 
refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.

2. Please print out the email containing your RAR# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.

3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Whitley Kros within 7 days of receipt of RAR#.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded
and safely stored for proof of delivery. Whitley Kros does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, 
stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Whitley Kros cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/COD.

*Please note that RAR# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RAR#.

4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within 5 business days upon receiving the package.

5. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will
be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund on your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear 
on your statement.
